How do I arrange for services?

Do I need to call weeks ahead for schedule?
Absolutely not! While we prefer at least 24 hour notice for most errands in order to best schedule for the needs of all clients. We will make every effort to accommodate same day requests with no additional fees involved, so please don’t hesitate.

I called your office and there was no answer. Why?
Johnny Angels is an “on the road” business. Thus, if no one answers your call at 916.616.5698 or 530.742.2918 that means that we are out running errands or meeting with a client and giving them the courtesy of our full attention during our meeting. However, please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly. We can always be reached by email as well;

What if I want to order Johnny Angels services for someone else?
Gift certificates are always available, or we can work with clients to set up a custom plan. For instance, if you have loved ones or new parents that you would like to set up a weekly, monthly, or even one time services for, we will be glad to work out the details with you. We can even give you a call after a visit to your loved ones home to let you know how things are going. What ever you need.
